Dear Chaplaincy Pro Community,
With joy and deep gratitude, I am honored to welcome Mladen Pajdic to his new role as Vice President for Digital Spirituality at Chaplaincy Pro.
Mladen’s journey to this role is both deeply personal and profoundly inspiring. Born amidst the conflict of war-torn Bosnia, his path was shaped by hardship and resilience. Lacking access to stable education, he turned inward—to reflection, to faith, and to a growing desire to serve others. That inner fire, rooted in spiritual longing, matured into a clear calling: to help others believe, belong, and become.
Over the past twelve years, Mladen has distinguished himself as a Creative Technologist. His expertise spans cinematic motion graphics, 3D animation, special effects, web development, and graphic design. But what truly sets him apart is not the scope of his skill—it’s the soul within his work. Mladen sees every design not as decoration, but as devotion. His projects are born from empathy, shaped with intention, and delivered as spiritual experiences.

“I’ve created every visual element—logo, typography, colors, layout—to reflect who we are. This design speaks with grace and authority, inviting users into a space of trust, learning, and sacred purpose.”
His work embodies the essence of Chaplaincy: clarity, presence, and compassion. What he creates is not just seen—it is felt. And through this vision, Chaplaincy Pro has gained not only a digital home, but a vibrant and living expression of our mission.
On a personal note, I have known Mladen since February 2022. From our first collaboration, I saw not just his creative brilliance, but his spiritual sensitivity. He build the Chaplaincy Pro website from the ground up, bringing to life what had only existed as a dream. His commitment and creative soul shaped every pixel and prayer behind our digital presence.
