It is with deep gratitude and heartfelt excitement that I announce Sara Ann Aerts as our new Vice President for Quantum Spirituality at Chaplaincy Pro.

Sara Ann Aerts brings a profound spirit and extraordinary presence to this role. Her journey—from serving as an FBI agent to stepping into her sacred calling as a spiritual space-holder—uniquely equips her to guide others through life’s most vulnerable and transformative moments. Her ability to hold space with compassion, clarity, and authenticity embodies the very essence of what Chaplaincy Pro stands for.

Sara Ann passion lies in walking alongside individuals navigating terminal diagnoses, offering them peace, dignity, and presence during life’s most sacred transitions. Her words reflect the heart of her calling: 

“I’m deeply honored and incredibly excited to step into this role as Vice President of Quantum Spirituality with Chaplaincy Pro. This isn’t just a title—it’s a reflection of my commitment to creating sacred, transformative spaces for others on their spiritual path.

For years, I worked as an FBI agent, hiding my deeper gifts—my intuitive capacity to hold space, witness pain, and walk with people through their most vulnerable moments. It wasn’t until I did my own inner work, facing the shadows I once ran from, that I fully stepped into this calling. I believe we can only hold space for others to the depth we’ve held it for ourselves. That’s why this work is so personal for me.

My passion lies in walking alongside those navigating terminal diagnoses—supporting them in being seen, heard, and fully honored as they shape the final chapter of their life with intention and peace. I help them explore options, heal unresolved parts of their story, and co-create a journey that reflects their deepest truth.

And now, I bring that same heart and vision to Chaplaincy Pro. Chaplain Professional Education (CPE) isn’t just about becoming a chaplain—it’s about becoming someone who can sit in the fire with another person and not flinch. It asks you to do your own work first. To meet your shadows. To grow. That’s what makes this program so transformative, and why I’m so passionate about expanding it.

I’m truly honored to be part of this executive team, and to help shape a future where more people are empowered to hold space for life’s most sacred transitions.”

Her leadership will be instrumental as we expand our Chaplain Professional Education programs and continue to nurture a global community committed to compassionate care.

Please note, like all members of our executive team including Sara Ann is serving in this role on a voluntary basis, offering her time and gifts in service to our shared mission.
