CP Supervisory Training is designed for experienced Chaplains who wish to guide and mentor new CPE students. Candidates must have completed four CPE units, hold board certification, and have at least two years of full-time Chaplaincy experience. The program includes reflective writing, supervised teaching, and feedback sessions, preparing Chaplains to teach and mentor others in the spiritual care field.
